Community Center

Hancock Village residents have access to a new state-of-the-art Community Center*, which is a three-story building, including the following new activity spaces:

• Pool and Sundeck

• Fitness Centers (indoor and outdoor)

• Entertainment Suite

• Game Rooms

• Private Office Spaces for lease

In addition, there are two new recycling center with easier access for our Hancock Village residents. 

*Hancock Village Townhome and Bartlett residents will have access to the Hancock Village Community Center and Pool if they so choose, for an additional charge. Resident is under no obligation to join or use any of the offered activity spaces.
